 Embarrassedto all the people who own in mayfair 2  d block ground floor  please get your apartments checked out for flooding due to  recent bad weather the drain on my back patio has been blocked  therfore  2 days heavy rain it overflowed into bedroom and lounge  and kitchen it was only there for 24 hours before it was found  now i need  all these walls replasterd and all new furniture  insurance company not very happy  and dont need all the hassle  carl&janet d4

Afternoon,.

We are D7 middle & top floor, we have again had water in the top level, throuigh in the sliding doors, the guide rails seem to be set at alower level to the floor therefore all the water which hits the doors runs down into the gully and into the room, as it can not clear away quickly enough, it happened last year as well, we are out in 2 weeks, I have asked that it be repaired before we arrive.
Do you have  aservice package ?, that is how we were alerted, it really dose give you a little peace of mind, when you are so far away.

hi i have somebody who checks my once a week to make sure everything is o k  but i do it  on  my own got a lot of work to be done  all needs replastering  and new furniture am covered on insurance
