Hello everybody,

Mayfair 1 & 2 will be delivered June of this year.
In order for us to be ready we are collecting the maintenance fees in May
Most of you already know this as it is stated in sales agreements and/or payment overviews.

Due date 15 May 2008

- if you are coming out to Turkey before that time or in May, you can make the payment in our office (cash or traveller checks)

- if you are not coming to Turkey before or in May please make your maintenance payment through bank.

Grtz,

Giving this topic a bump again.

Mayfair 2 clients, who have not purchased through Sun Escape, Right Move or  Solmet, and have NOT paid their maintenance fee yet.

Please either come into the office if you are coming out before 15th of september. If not transfer your fee through bank transfer.

thanx

Hello Rose,

We were over in September as well.  We paid our electric bill while we were there and it was 40 lira.  That was from May this year and we also had someone staying there for a week.  I don't think we have paid so much since we bought the apartment.  If your electric usage is normal perhaps you should have your meter checked.  I'm sure someone said that electric prices are to rise in Turkey but that seems like a lot.

Bye for now.

Dot & Colin.

Closing this topic as it is about MAINTENANCE OF MAYFAIR  Cool
Rose, i've seen your friends this afternoon and advised them to take that bill to the electric office in town and see if your payment had crossed with the bill that was left in your meter.

If you have settled your account, you should have received a receipt (small blue square piece of paper) on there it should tell you exactly what you paid and for what period you paid.

Please check that, next to the bill your friends have if they come back to you with negative report (read: pay a 200 ytl bill)
