Hi everybody,

Most of you are new to this. We need to set up a committee to make the entity legal and to be able to enforce people to pay their maintenance money.

For the next maintenance , a meeting will be held at 14.02.2009 on 11:00 in SunEscape office. This has to be done for formality to get the house owners committee up. You dont have to be here, but if you want, please let me know.

How your maintenance moneys will be used is as follows for the next season:

We will make a forecast on the costs for the next year and present it. Based on this your maintenance for season 2009 will be set. This will be in Turkish Lira as pound fluctuates too much.

At the end of season, any money that has left over will be transfered to next season maintenance money.

A small note : For those who are thinking of coming to the meeting ; if there is no majority in the meeting, than a second meeting will be held a week later (21.02.09) at the same time same place without necessity of a majority.
